You decide. If you wish to explain the services to the employee’s directly, we will provide you with master copies of Employee Explanation of Outplacement Benefits that summarize the outplacement services displaced employees are entitled to receive as well as how they should proceed. The accompanying letters will be tailored to the package offered to the employee and can be personalized with the displaced employee’s name.
If you prefer that DMD & Associates initiates the outreach, we can be on-site or we can secure the contact information of each impacted employee from you and begin outreach at an agreed-upon date.
